Who didn’t want to witness history?
Some travelled from very far, just to say (to their children/grand children etc) that they were “there” when the history was made. Unfortunately, I cannot say that. I was stuck here, in connecticut–at the University of Connecticut (if you really cared to know). However, I didn’t want to be someone who completely missed out on this historical event! When my children (probably 5-10 years down the road)–or anyone for that matter–were to ask me “So, where were you when the History was made?” I dont want to say, “I was busy” or “Working on some project” or “Reading articles on Wikipedia / Checking out Digg”
So, I made up my mind… if I physically cannot be there in Washington, I will be there “remotely”

So, today is the fiesta bowl, featuring a match-up of Texas and Ohio State… well, actually, it has already started… with the score being 3-3
According to ESPN, America voted for Texas to win it, with votes accumulating to over 75%.
Sure, the logical choice is Texas, with their prolific offense–headed by Colt McCoy. However, I am predicting an upset. Then again, if you know me, you know know one fact: I root for the underdog (unless of course, it’s any of my favorite teams, i.e. the Red Sox, Celtics, or the Patriots).
So, to put the matter in a nutshell:
Logical Choice: Texas
Most Probable to Win: Texas
Team that should Win: Texas
Who will Win? Ohio State
Well, that’s all there is to it. Enjoy the Game!
